Job summary

Repco in Queensland is hiring a Customer Sales & Service / Retail Assistant to help customers in person, over the phone, and online.

Your typical day includes assisting with parts and service needs, maintaining showroom presentation, processing stock, and supporting a cooperative team culture. The role may involve lifting, bending and occasional deliveries; a current driver’s licence is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service in retail or service environment.
• Automotive knowledge preferred.
• Driver's license preferred.

About The Role

At Repco we want to ensure that each customer has a great shopping experience in person, over the phone, and online.

Automotive or car knowledge and/or prior experience in the automotive industry is preferred, as it will help you better assist customers with parts and service needs.

Flexible availability and a current driver’s licence are preferred, as the role may involve occasional deliveries and other ad hoc driving duties.

• Always have a safety focus to ensure your safety, and that of your teammates & customers
• Provide genuine service & create moments that matter with customers
