Job summary

Repco is hiring a Retail Assistant (Customer Sales & Service) to ensure every customer enjoys a great shopping experience in person, over the phone and online. You will focus on safety, genuine service, and contributing to positive sales while maintaining showroom standards and handling stock movements.

The role requires a proactive, collaborative team member who supports a positive team culture and adheres to Repco’s service standards. This is a frontline retail position in Australia.

Note, this role will require lifting, bending & climbing.
