About the Role

Pope Packaging is a Customer focused manufacturing business. Our Wingfield business is seeking an experienced and dedicated Customer Operations Manager. Working closely with internal stakeholders, your primary responsibility will be to lead and oversee the administration team, ensuring efficient operations and optimal support for business functions.

Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will be accountable for implementing and managing administrative processes, actively focusing on continuous improvement, while ensuring compliance with company policies and fostering a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide support to the Customer Service team and internal stakeholders
  • Supervise and mentor Administration Officers, promoting professional development and team collaboration
  • Review and refine administrative processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency in processing invoices and records
  • Oversee the management of general, freight, and supplier invoices, ensuring compliance and adherence to financial policies
  • Establish and monitor goals for the team, ensuring all department requests are handled with efficiency and attention to detail
  • In conjunction with the Warehouse Manager, monitor and manage warehouse stock movements, including incoming shipments
  • Manage all aspects of financial documentation for procurement and supplier payments
  • Ensure that pricing adjustments align with invoicing after prior consultation with relevant parties
  • Drive the creation, maintenance, and updating of Bill of Materials (BOM) and pricing structures
  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of customer product specifications, ensuring all information is accurately recorded
