Our stores are open every day, including weekends and holidays, offering variety across the store rather than one area. Store Assistants are the backbone of our retail stores, delivering friendly service, stocking shelves, and ensuring accurate pricing and tidy presentation.

Qualifications

• No retail knowledge needed.
• Must have a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Being a customer service superstar and serving customers at the registers with a smile.
• Keeping shelves stocked with products so that customers can find their favourites.
• Being an expert in stock handling by making sure products are in date and listed at the right price.
• Creating eye-catching displays of ALDI special buys.
• Keeping the store tidy, organised and looking great.
