Baby Bunting is seeking a Retail Sales Assistant at our Helensvale store to deliver outstanding customer service and create welcoming in-store experiences for new and expectant parents. You will engage customers, demonstrate products, manage stock, and work a rotating roster across weekdays, evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Prior Customer Service Experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• High Standards in customer service and store presentation.
• Proficient in calming irate customers and resolving issues with empathy and professionalism.
• Physical requirements: able to lift up to 15kg and wear a headset for team communication.

Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement – Connect with and understand needs of new and expectant parents, provide personalised assistance and product recommendations.
• Product Demonstration – Guide customers through product features and benefits, helping them make informed choices.
• Stock Management – Maintain accurate stock levels and keep the store well-presented.
• Flexible Scheduling – Work a rotating roster of flexible shifts across weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
