Qualifications

• Excellent English communication required.
• RSA certificate required.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn POS/EFTPOS.
• Understanding of Australian currency and loyalty cards.
• Outgoing, approachable personality and team spirit.
• Willingness to learn and proactive attitude.
• Strong customer service experience preferred but not essential.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation.
• Good communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pleasant and prompt service to customers.
• Prepare menu items per GYG procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of menu, ingredients and procedures.
• Work as part of a team to ensure quality service.
