Job summary

Pillow Talk Australia is seeking a Casual Retail Sales Assistant for our Warrnambool store. You will be at the heart of delivering an outstanding in-store experience, helping customers find the perfect homeware and coordinating with stock, with potential progression to a permanent part-time role based on performance.

The role requires a customer-centric mindset, strong communication, and the ability to work flexible weekday/weekend shifts, including Fridays.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-centric, KPI-driven retail environment.
• Experience assisting with stock receival and stock allocation.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding in-store customer experiences and meet KPI goals.
• Assist with stock receival and allocate products to floor or storeroom.
• Build rapport and recommend products through consultative selling.
