About the role

Reporting into the Retail Centre Manager, your duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

  • Master product knowledge to deliver engaging and informative demonstrations to customers.
  • Build strong customer relationships by clearly explaining product benefits and anticipating needs.
  • Provide exceptional support through, answering questions about vehicles, products, and financial services.
  • Assist with test drives, delivery, and sales documentation, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
  • Utilize web-based systems to keep customer information accurate and support the sales process.

To be successful in the role, you will have:

  • A strong interest or experience in sales, retail, and/or the automotive industry.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to adapt your approach to suit individual customer needs.
  • Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Suite and digital platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and a commitment to professionalism and integrity
