• Experience with Zendesk or similar CX platforms.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute customer experience strategies to improve service performance and satisfaction.
• Lead the Customer Experience and Sales Support teams to deliver outcomes.
• Drive continuous improvement across customer-facing and operational processes.
• Identify and implement automation, AI and tech solutions to improve efficiency.
• Analyze data to generate insights for decision-making.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Supply Chain, Operations and IT to align CX initiatives.
