Job summary

Coles is seeking a Customer Service Agent to drive Coles vans and deliver customer orders to homes. You’ll navigate local neighbourhoods and ensure timely delivery, while also assisting with picking and packing orders for delivery.

You’ll need a current Australian driver’s licence with at least 12 months’ driving experience and a safe record. Shifts run across early mornings, evenings and weekends, with multiple rosters available.

Qualifications

• A commitment to providing great customer experiences with enthusiasm, energy and pace.
• Current Australian driver’s licence (full or provisional) with at least 12 months driving experience and a clean record.
• Confidence to drive and navigate busy streets, suburbs and regional areas.
• Able to be active on your feet, lifting and carrying groceries during deliveries.
