Job summary

Everi Pty is seeking a Customer Service Agent to deliver customer orders using Coles vans and assist with picking and packing orders for delivery to customers' homes.

You will navigate local streets safely, lift groceries, and work flexible shifts from early mornings to evenings and weekends. A valid Australian driver’s licence and a clean driving record are required, with training provided as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Australian drivers licence (provisional or full) and a safe driving record.
• Ability to safely drive and navigate busy streets and suburbs.
• Be active on your feet, able to lift and carry groceries from van to delivery points.

Job Description

As a Customer Service Agent (CSA) you'll get behind the wheel of our iconic Coles vans and help deliver customer orders to our customers homes. For this role you'll safely navigate your local neighbourhoods to deliver customers shopping to their homes during the day or night. You'll also help with picking and packing orders to the highest standard, ready for delivery.

About the Candidate

• A commitment to providing great customer experiences by working with enthusiasm, energy and pace
• A current full or provisional Australian driver's licence with a minimum of 12 months' driving experience, along with a safe driving record (you will be required to consent to a police history and driving history check).
• The confidence to safely drive and navigate through busy streets, suburban roads and/or regional areas
• To be active - as well as driving, you'll be on your feet, lifting and carrying groceries from the van to your delivery points (there could be stairs!)
• Availability to work flexible hours across our store trading days, including early mornings, evenings and weekends (generally shifts run from 5am-1pm and 1pm-11pm)
