About the Opportunity

Our Customer Experience (CX) team, based in Perth CBD, are currently seeking Customer Experience Consultants to join them. In this role, you will report to the Team Leader. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Call centre interactions through voice, live chat, and email.
  • Face-to-face meetings with members.
  • Establishment of new salary packaging accounts.
  • Administration of in-life salary packaging amendments.
  • Quality assurance project work.

About You

Other key skills, experience, and qualifications:

  • Prior experience in the salary packaging industry is highly regarded, but not essential.
  • Prior experience in a contact centre is highly regarded.
  • Be a highly motivated professional with a drive for customer service.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Sound time management skills.
  • Prior experience in a high-paced customer service role is highly regarded but not essential for the right environment.
