Bonney Energy is hiring a Customer Service Assistant to support the Ampol Warrnambool West service station. You will greet customers, handle transactions, keep the site clean, and restock products while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Processing transactions including cash handling, card payments and refunds.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the retail site.
• Restocking and replenishing products as required.
• Following food safety standards when handling hot/cold food.
• Adhering to company policies, procedures and safety standards.
• Assisting with inventory management and stock control.
• Responding to customer inquiries and addressing concerns or issues.
• Collaborating with the retail team to ensure smooth operations.
