Job summary

Tenpin Ltd is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to deliver a warm, memorable experience at our entertainment centre. You will manage bookings, assist guests, and help host events across Laser Arena, Escape Rooms, karaoke rooms, and more. A positive attitude and excellent service are essential.

We offer varied duties in a fun setting with opportunities for career development and staff benefits. Applicants aged 16+ welcome, with some roles requiring evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service, communication skills and a 'nothing is too much trouble' attitude.
• Fully flexible, including evenings and weekends.
• Approachable, helpful, organised and a strong team player, with good attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage reception bookings and enquiries.
• Identify sales opportunities and host events.
• Serve food and drinks and keep the centre clean and welcoming.
• Work across departments from Laser Arena to Escape Room experiences and karaoke rooms.
• Support children's parties and other activities as required.
