As a MSFT/Linux Team Lead in Customer Operations, you will be an integral part of the Cloud Operations team, responsible for managing creative cloud solutions for our clients. In this role, you’ll provide technical leadership and support to your team members to ensure operational excellence and improve the overall customer experience with cloud-based platforms.
Key responsibilities include leading and developing a digital operations team, with a focus on Service Delivery and Continuous Improvement within a managed service provider environment. Your expertise in cloud infrastructure—particularly Amazon AWS and Microsoft Azure.
As part of the role, you will actively participate in the review and development of Statements of Work, collaborating closely with cross functional team members and customers. You’ll also support cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for technological enhancements and operational efficiencies.
You’ll be responsible for mentoring and developing team members, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and accountability. With a focus on strategic planning, you’ll manage priorities, forecast workloads, and ensure 24/7 operational coverage through effective on-call roster management.
Your responsibilities will also encompass overseeing day-to-day operations. You’ll be expected to investigate and resolve issues within live production environments, continuously working to improve the reliability, security, and overall performance of solutions to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Additionally, you will provide recommendations for performance and cost optimisation across cloud services, particularly within Amazon AWS and Microsoft Azure environments. You’ll drive process efficiencies, capability enhancements, and conduct quarterly reviews of user account access to maintain compliance and security standards.
