Job summary

Bloom Hearing Specialists ANZ in West Ryde is seeking a customer-focused team member to support audiologists and deliver exceptional patient experiences. You will manage inquiries, schedule assessments, and guide customers through hearing devices and accessories in a busy clinic environment.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and a collaborative attitude to help improve patient outcomes and community health. Full-time hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer service role in retail, healthcare, or allied health.
• Strong computer literacy and experience with CRM systems and scheduling platforms.
• Excellent attention to detail and solid administrative skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Collaborative, positive attitude with ability to work independently.
• Genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions; provide information about services and products.
• Schedule appointments for hearing assessments and consultations with audiologists.
• Guide customers through our range of hearing devices and accessories.
• Resolve customer concerns and deliver outstanding service experiences.
• Support local marketing initiatives to promote clinic services within the community.
• Perform minor hearing aid repairs (full training provided).
• Provide administrative support and maintain accurate customer records.

About The Role

Your Responsibilities Will Include

To Be Successful, You Will Have

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer service role within retail, healthcare, allied health, or a similar environment.
• Strong computer literacy and confidence using CRM systems, appointment scheduling platforms, and other business software.
• Excellent attention to detail and solid administrative skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A collaborative, positive attitude with the ability to work independently when required.
• A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Applicants must be Australian or New Zealand citizens, permanent residents, or hold valid working rights in Australia or New Zealand.
