Job summary

Commonwealth Bank in Sydney is seeking a Customer Banking Specialist to join the Wynyard Branch on a part-time roster (18 hours per week). You will engage with customers face-to-face, assess banking needs and guide them through home loans, accounts, and digital options.

You’ll work in a busy retail environment, delivering exceptional service, maintaining accuracy, and supporting customers as they navigate financial products. This role emphasizes integrity and customer-centric solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering exceptional Customer Service ideally in Financial Services, Retail or Hospitality
• Excellent communication skills & the ability to articulate financial terms in a clear way
• The ability to ask the right questions, find solutions, act with integrity and place the customer at the centre of everything you do
• Ability to work in a busy, commercial and driven retail environment whilst seeing the big picture for customers and providing them with holistic solutions
