Job summary

Commonwealth Bank's Moss Vale Branch is seeking a Customer Banking Specialist to help customers with everyday banking needs face-to-face and via digital channels. You will handle enquiries, maintenance on accounts, and credit product applications, while guiding customers through in-branch technology.

This part-time role offers predictable rostering and opportunities to build a long-term career with CommBank, supporting communities across NSW.

You will be joining one of our Multi-Channel Branches!

What is a Multi-Channel Branch?

Between 9:30 - 1.00pm: Our Retail Branch services customers in the community face to face with their everyday banking needs, enquires & transactions.

After 1pm: We assist our customers with their everyday banking needs and complaints via telephone or other digital channels in a contact centre environment.

Please note that rosters are predetermined. Before applying please ensure you are available to cover the following roster

Part Time Roster (30 hours per week):

• Monday: 9.00am - 1.00pm
• Tuesday: 9.00am - 5.00pm
• Wednesday: 9.00am - 3.30pm
• Thursday: 9.00am - 5.00pm
• Friday: 9.00am - 3.30pm

• Have in-depth conversations with every customer about how we can support their overall banking needs including Home Loans, Business Banking & Financial Advice
• Support customers with enquiries, maintenance on accounts and process applications for credit products
• Provide options for the customer through education & demonstration of our in-branch technology and digital banking options
• Problem solve & provide effective solutions whilst championing our processes, procedures & drive our risk-adverse culture
