Job summary

Endeavour Group is seeking a Customer Assistant for The Cellar Barangaroo in Sydney. You will guide customers on their wine journey, share stories about wines, and help them discover premium wines, spirits and beers.

We value passion for wine, excellent communication, and a positive attitude to enhance in-store experiences. This role offers staff benefits and an exciting Baranarangoo location within our retail network.

About the Role

Customer Assistant | The Cellar Barangaroo | For Lovers of Wine

We look for people with a passion and understanding of wine, a sense of adventure and a curious mindset where your curiosity of wine will be paramount to your success in this role. Your main focus is to guide your customers on their journey to drink better, as they discover the world of wine, spirits and beer.

We have an exciting new opportunity located in Barangaroo for Customer Assistants who would love to use their knowledge of wine to work in our new store - The Cellar. The Cellar offers a dynamic and carefully curated range of relevant and interesting premium wines, craft & premium spirits and selected beers. You will have the opportunity to share your love for products with our customers.

The role:

• Have a passion and understanding of wine and build your own story
• A commitment to delivering meaningful in-store experiences
• A continued commitment in expanding your product knowledge in Wine and Liquor

About you:

• Knowledgeable about wine, with knowledge in spirits and beer also well regarded
• Passionate about customer service
• An excellent communicator
