Endeavour Group's The Cellar in Barangaroo seeks a Customer Assistant who loves wine and enjoys sharing stories with customers. You guide guests as they explore premium wines, spirits and beers, delivering memorable in-store experiences.

You will build product knowledge, provide friendly service, and contribute to a welcoming, sociable store environment in NSW.

Customer Assistant The Cellar Barangaroo For Lovers of Wine

Your main focus is to guide your customers on their journey to drink better, as they discover the world of wine, spirits and beer.

We have an exciting new opportunity located in Barangaroo for Customer Assistants who would love to use their knowledge of wine to work in our new store - The Cellar. The Cellar offers a dynamic and carefully curated range of relevant and interesting premium wines, craft & premium spirits and selected beers. You will have the opportunity to share your love for products with our customers.

The role:

• Have a passion and understanding of wine and build your own story
• A commitment to delivering meaningful in-store experiences
• A continued commitment in expanding your product knowledge in Wine and Liquor

About you:

• Knowledgeable about wine, with knowledge in spirits and beer also well regarded
• Passionate about customer service
• An excellent communicator
• Highly motivated with a positive attitude
