NAB Armidale seeks a Customer Advisor for Leave & Relief to join our Hills Region branches. You will be the first point of contact, guiding customers through product options and transactions while promoting easy, secure, self-service banking.

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

• Support NAB’s Hills Region Branches by being the first point of contact for our customers; putting them at the centre of everything you do.
• Identify the most suitable products and services for customers: like account opening, unsecured lending and banking transactions
• Demonstrate our Smarter Banking options (self-service and digital) for customers; making so banking is simple, easy and secure.

The Hours

Join our team in this role with the following hours - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday 9:00am – 4:30pm and Thursday 9:00am – 5:30pm.

Your home branch will be Armidale however your skills and expertise will also be required to cover our Walcha, Tamworth & Glen Innes branches so a licence and transport is essential. Mileage will also be paid.
