Job summary

NAB in Byron Bay seeks a Customer Advisor to deliver seamless, tailored service across Byron Bay, Ballina and Lismore branches. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, assisting with account openings, unsecured lending, and banking transactions.

The role emphasises meeting customer needs with Smarter Banking options, teamwork, attention to detail, and inclusion. Hours and mileage support are provided, with development opportunities available.

• Support NAB’s Bryon Bay, Ballina and LismoreBranches by being the first point of contact for our customers; putting them at the centre of everything you do.

The Hours

Join our team in this role with the following hours - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 8:45am – 4:30pm and Thursday 8:45am - 5:30pm.

Your home branch will be Byron Bayhowever your skills and expertise will also be required to cover our Ballina & LismoreBranches so a licence and transport is essential. Mileage will also be paid.
