Bendigo Bank is looking for a Customer Advisor to be the go-to person for branch customers in Ipswich Riverlink. This permanent, part-time role covers 33 hours per fortnight, with set shifts on Tuesdays and Thursdays, focusing on delivering exceptional service, handling transactions, and guiding customers through online banking.

You'll collaborate with specialists to tailor financial solutions, promote our digital platforms, and help customers achieve their banking goals while upholding risk

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service environment and ability to achieve targets.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure secure, accurate transactions with a risk mindset.
• Confidence to communicate with customers face to face and over the phone.

This is a permanent, part-time position located in Ipswich Riverlink. The roster is 33 hours per fortnight with the roster below;

• Tuesday 9AM - 3PM
• Thursday 9AM - 3PM
