Job summary

NAB Wollongong invites applicants for a Branch Customer Advisor role. You will be the first touchpoint for customers across Wollongong, Shellharbour, Kiama, Dapto and Nowra branches.

You’ll help customers with account openings, basic lending and everyday banking needs while guiding them toward self-service options for a simple, secure experience. We seek team players who are detail‑oriented and committed to inclusive, high‑quality service.

Qualifications

• Experience in banking or customer service preferred.
• Ability to identify suitable products and services for customers.
• Willingness to promote self-service and digital banking options.

Responsibilities

• Support NAB's Wollongong, Shellharbour, Kiama, Dapto & Nowra branches as the first point of contact for customers.
• Identify the most suitable products and services for customers, such as account openings and basic lending.
• Demonstrate Smarter Banking options to make banking simple, easy and secure.
