University of Notre Dame Australia in Sydney seeks a Curriculum Manager to support development, review, and continuous improvement of academic programs within the Faculty of Arts, Sciences, Law and Business. The role contributes to governance and curriculum quality through strategy implementation.

The position is based at Fremantle Campus with a continuing contract. It offers a full-time, ongoing opportunity in a dynamic, supportive environment.

Qualificações

• Postgraduate qualifications or progress towards postgraduate qualifications with extensive relevant experience.
• Significant experience in the tertiary education sector, particularly in academic governance and curriculum.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for papers, reports and proposals at all levels of the University.
• Highly developed stakeholder engagement and relationship management with internal stakeholders.
• Strong project management, problem-solving and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Excellent computer skills including MS Office and SharePoint, and ability to learn new systems.

Responsabilidades

• Work with Faculty Leaders to monitor and support development and revision of Faculty programs.
• Support design and delivery of processes for academic governance and curriculum management and provide timely information to Faculty leadership.
• Manage and develop a centralized Faculty source of publications, ensuring currency and accuracy.
• Develop and implement internal and external communication strategies to engage staff, students and external stakeholders on governance and curriculum activities.
• Provide guidance and operational guidelines on governance and curriculum matters and build communication frameworks with academic staff.
• Contribute to compliance, audit, accreditation and re-registration activities and implement project management processes to ensure timely outcomes.
