Brisbane Catholic Education is seeking a dynamic leader to drive whole‑school curriculum development and evaluation at St Columban's College, Caboolture. You will lead learning, implement contemporary teaching practices, and work with Senior Leadership to shape future directions.

You will mentor teachers, monitor student outcomes, and manage curriculum budgets while aligning with national and state standards. This role supports BCE’s commitment to high‑quality Catholic education.

Qualifications

• Developed work programs aligned with national, state, and local requirements.
• Driving assessment and moderation processes when developing new programs.
• Leading and innovating within a specified curriculum area.
• Engaging stakeholders to foster collaboration and transparency.
• Managing a financial budget within the curriculum area.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall curriculum development, implementation, and evaluation across the school under Senior Leadership guidance.
• Apply contemporary learning and teaching research to classroom practice through whole‑school professional development.
• Collaborate with Curriculum Leaders and staff to review curriculum frameworks and plan future directions.
• Lead teacher performance through professional dialogue, reflection, and appraisal.
• Provide induction and mentoring for beginning teachers in partnership with Senior Leadership and Curriculum Leaders.
• Supervise student learning using data and implement strategic interventions.
• Contribute to school leadership through meetings and budget management.
