Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-disciplinary team of secondary teachers serving Aboriginal students in regional/remote schools.
• Coach staff, conduct classroom observations, and manage performance processes.
• Develop and evaluate culturally responsive programs and learning pathways.
• Collaborate with families, Elders and partner schools to strengthen student wellbeing and engagement.
