We are looking for reliable, hands‑on Cultivation Technicians to join our growing team at a highly regulated cultivation and manufacturing facility in the Greater Ipswich region.
Working as part of our Cultivation team, you will support the day‑to‑day care and maintenance of plants within a controlled growing environment while maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, safety, security and compliance.
Assist with planting, plant care, pruning, training and general crop maintenance.
Monitor plant health and identify and report issues or changes.
Support irrigation, feeding and environmental management activities as trained.
Assist with harvesting and crop changeover activities when required.
Follow documented procedures, work instructions and hygiene requirements.
Complete accurate cultivation, production and traceability records.
Maintain clean, organised and compliant growing and work areas.
We are looking for people who:
Have experience working with plants, horticulture, nurseries, agriculture or commercial growing environments.
Are reliable, practical and comfortable undertaking hands‑on work.
Have strong attention to detail and can follow procedures consistently.
Are comfortable working in controlled growing environments and undertaking physically active and repetitive tasks.
Understand the importance of hygiene, quality and accurate record keeping.
Work well as part of a team and take pride in maintaining high standards.
Experience in commercial horticulture, protected cropping, nurseries, agriculture or another regulated production environment will be highly regarded.
