AFL Recruitment Pty Ltd is assisting a national personal injury practice to recruit a Junior-Intermediate CTP/Personal Injury Lawyer in Western Australia. You will be the go-to plaintiff advocate, handling motor vehicle accident claims (CTP) and related public liability matters with mentorship from a senior lawyer.

Based in WA but with a WFH-friendly culture, the role offers long-term stability, a clear career path, and generous perks as the team expands in WA.

Qualifications

• 1+ year plaintiff personal injury experience (CTP essential) in WA.
• Strong understanding of WA CTP legislation, court practice and procedure.
• Litigation experience and strong communication, advocacy and people skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle CTP/motor vehicle accident claims (roughly 50%) and public liability/abuse (roughly 50%).
• Work under mentorship from a senior lawyer to develop expertise.
• Contribute to the firm's WA expansion while maintaining a high standard of client service.

WHO YOU ARE
