Job summary

Unite Recruitment is seeking a CT Supervisor in Geelong Region to lead a CT team, uphold imaging standards, and drive service excellence within a hospital or clinic environment.

You will mentor staff, optimise workflows, and collaborate with MRI, Nuclear Medicine, and Interventional Radiology teams to deliver high-quality patient care in a dynamic imaging department.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA Registration
• Extensive experience in CT imaging
• Leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong technical and organisational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Relevant Radiology Qualification

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a high-performing CT team
• Maintain and develop high standards of CT imaging services
• Oversee staff training, workflow optimisation, and protocol development
