Job summary

Lumus Imaging is seeking a radiographer for a permanent full-time role at our Northern Beaches Hospital in Sydney. The successful applicant will provide high-quality imaging services across ED and the main hospital, participate in a rotating roster including nights and on-call shifts, and collaborate with radiologists using state-of-the-art imaging technology.

Applicants should hold a university degree in Medical Imaging Technology, current AHPRA registration, and NSW EPA radiation licence, with

Qualifications

• University degree in Medical Imaging Technology.
• Current AHPRA registration and NSW EPA radiation licence.
• Minimum three years' radiography experience, acute hospital experience desirable.
• Strong CT and general radiography skills, with ability to manage complex clinical presentations.
• Initiative, sound clinical judgement and ability to work autonomously while recognising escalation is required.
• Commitment to efficient departmental workflow, timely examinations and patient safety.
• Ability to identify, report and elevate equipment, QA and patient safety concerns.
• Willingness to mentor colleagues and support CPD.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality imaging services across ED and main hospital imaging departments.
• Rotating roster covering day, evening, weekend and night shifts, with on-call responsibilities.
• Work closely with Radiologists and utilise contemporary imaging technology.
• Support departmental workflows and contribute to continuous improvement.
