Job summary

Lake Imaging, part of the IDX Group, seeks an aspiring or experienced CT Radiographer to lead the CT service at Ballarat. You will operate Siemens Dual Source and Single Source scanners within our busy hospital site and private clinic, collaborating with radiologists and referrers.

You will play a key role in leading people, refining protocols, and fostering a high-performing team environment. IDX’s networks support ongoing training, QA, and subspecialty development across the group.

Qualifications

• Qualifications in Medical Imaging (Bachelor of Science or equivalent).
• Demonstrated CT Radiography experience.
• Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to mentor, support, and develop team members.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic clinical environment.
