Queensland X-Ray Cairns is seeking a clinical leader to oversee operational delivery of CT services across all sites. You will drive training, service development in Cardiac CT, Interventional CT and General CT, and work within established clinical protocols and rostering requirements.

Lead a multidisciplinary team, provide expert clinical guidance, and promote quality and safety across modality networks. This senior role offers leadership responsibilities within a renowned radiology group.

Qualifications

• Deliver high level medical imaging services across multiple modalities within a multidisciplinary team.
• Provide expert clinical knowledge and guidance to patients and healthcare professionals within your modality.
• Lead training, development and performance appraisal of staff within your modality.
• Drive service improvements and lead change management initiatives.
• Promote safety, quality and adherence to clinical standards.

Responsabilités

• Deliver high level medical imaging services across multiple modalities within a multidisciplinary team.
• Utilise expert clinical knowledge to deliver specialist level service and maintain ongoing professional development.
• Provide operational management and resource allocation to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Lead training and education of staff and mentorship for junior practitioners.
