Healthscope's Peninsula Private Hospital on the Redcliffe Peninsula is seeking an experienced Level 2 Clinical Nurse to lead the CSSD within our busy Theatre teams, VMOs and loan set providers. You will drive safe, patient-centric sterilization services and ensure compliance with ACORN standards.
This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, strong leadership responsibilities and the opportunity to improve work-life balance while supporting high-quality care across six operating theatres.

You will be responsible for leading the CSSD team to ensure efficient and effective flow of the CSSD while ensuring site compliance to all sterilization standards.

Peninsula Private is a 65-bed acute and rehabilitation hospital with 6 operating theatres and a new high dependency unit to open in the near future, located on the idyllic Redcliffe Peninsula. Specialties include orthopaedics, general surgery, urology, gynaecology, gastroenterology, ophthalmology, internal medicine and the delivery of leading rehabilitation services and programs on the Brisbane northside.
