Job summary

Diraq is redefining scalable quantum computing and seeks an Electronics Engineer to design, integrate and validate cryogenic test infrastructure for next‑gen quantum hardware. You will work in a multidisciplinary team to create high‑performance test platforms for cryogenic devices, from schematic design to system verification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or related discipline is required.
• Demonstrated experience in electronics design, hardware development, test engineering or similar.
• Strong fundamentals in analogue and digital electronics, grounding, shielding, power distribution and measurement principles.
• Experience with schematic capture and PCB design using Altium Designer or equivalent.
• Ability to bring up, test, debug and modify electronic hardware.
• Experience with laboratory instrumentation (oscilloscopes, VNAs, spectrum analysers, signal generators, SMUs, DMMs).
• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
• Hands-on soldering, PCB rework, cable assembly and prototype construction.

Responsibilities

• Design schematic circuits and PCBs for cryogenic test systems.
• Develop wiring assemblies, harnesses, test fixtures and lab infrastructure.
• Select components and contribute to hardware architecture decisions.
• Integrate hardware with cryogenic platforms, instruments and software control.
• Support system bring-up, configuration and verification.
