Job summary

MACA is seeking a Crushing Supervisor for a permanent full-time FIFO role from Perth to our Beebyn W11 Project. You will lead safe, efficient crushing operations, supervise maintenance teams, and report progress to MACA and the client, ensuring targets are met with zero-harm practices.

Beebyn W11 is a high-grade iron ore project in WA's Mid-West. The role offers long-term opportunities within a Thiess company, with a focus on safety, teamwork and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in crushing operations.
• 5+ years' experience in a crushing environment.
• Highly motivated and able to work independently.
• Sound knowledge of safe crushing practices.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement, maintain and manage a preventative maintenance program.
• Monitor equipment condition for safe, efficient operation.
• Daily supervision and coordination of crushing, maintenance and personnel.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with the client.
• Manage crushing project to achieve targets safely and efficiently.
• Forecast medium to long-term crushing development and progress.
• Determine plant, equipment and labour requirements with site management.
• Provide timely progress reports to client and MACA management.
• Commit to MACA safety, health and environment policies and values.
