The Archdiocese of Sydney is seeking a Digital Engagement and CRM Manager to lead Eucharist28’s digital platforms, grow audiences and strengthen engagement before, during and after the Congress. You will manage HubSpot, the event website, Funraisin and related tools, build audience segments and automate workflows to support registrations and fundraising.

Qualifikationen

• Experience administering and optimising CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot).
• Experience managing websites and digital platforms.
• Strong understanding of segmentation, automation, engagement and conversion strategies.
• Ability to analyse data, develop dashboards and actionable insights.
• Experience supporting audience growth, campaigns, registrations, fundraising or stakeholder engagement.
• Knowledge of data governance, privacy, security and data quality.

Aufgaben

• Lead the practical use of digital platforms to grow audiences and engagement.
• Configure automated workflows and dashboards for marketing, registrations and fundraising.
• Coordinate with external tech partners and Archdiocesan ICT to deliver enhancements.
• Lead day-to-day use and effectiveness of platforms such as HubSpot, website and Funraisin.
