Job summary

Ticketek Entertainment Group (TEG) in Sydney seeks a CRM Campaign Coordinator to manage multi-channel campaigns across email, push, in-app, SMS and on-site channels, ensuring accuracy, on-brand messaging and compliance with the SPAM Act.

You will create copy, build audience segments, schedule campaigns, manage booking calendars, and report on performance, working with stakeholders to drive engagement and ticket sales across our events network.

Qualifications

• Experience creating, scheduling and optimizing multi-channel campaigns.
• Ability to build audience segments and run A/B tests.
• Excellent copywriting and on-brand content creation.

Responsibilities

• Create, schedule and deploy campaigns across email, push, in-app, SMS and on-site channels.
• Build audience segments, run A/B tests, refine campaigns to lift engagement and drive ticket sales.
• Deliver post-campaign reporting, track performance against benchmarks, identify optimization opportunities.
