You will keep critical systems available, reliable and ready, investigating faults, monitoring health, and working with developers to implement lasting improvements.

The role focuses on analysing logs, data and alerts, resolving incidents and providing technical guidance during upgrades, with after-hours surge support when required.

Qualifications

• Strong technical foundations and logical problem-solving.
• Experience in application support, system monitoring, incident and problem management.
• Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
