Job summary

ATSILS Caboolture is seeking an experienced Criminal Law Legal Practitioner to join our public-beneficiary legal team. You will be admitted in Queensland and able to hold a Practising Certificate, with a driver licence and willingness to drive.

This role offers court work across adult and youth jurisdictions, with flexible hours, salary packaging, superannuation, CPD access, and a supportive, culturally sensitive practice.

Qualifications

• Must be admitted as a Legal Practitioner in Queensland and hold (or be eligible for immediate acquisition of) a current Practising Certificate.
• Must hold (or be eligible for immediate application) of a current Queensland Government Blue Card prior to commencing work.
• Demonstrate a high level of professional service in Criminal Law, covering both adult and youth jurisdictions.
• Current Driver Licence and willingness to drive for work are essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own workflows with a focus on quality service in Criminal Law.
• Advocate in diverse courts, including youth jurisdiction, across the ATSILS Caboolture office.
• Develop culturally sensitive service skills and contribute to our workforce development strategy.
