Qualifications

• Cricket program leadership experience in school, club or representative settings.
• Ability to design/implement cricket programs for varied ages and abilities.
• Coaching experience in school, club or representative competitions.
• Capacity to lead coaches, volunteers and support staff to deliver a cohesive program.
• Experience organising fixtures, training schedules, competitions, tours and rep opportunities.
• Proven success developing players and clear progression pathways.
• Strong collaboration with schools, clubs, and cricket bodies.
• Experience managing team selection and communicating with students and families.
• Commitment to a high-standard, inclusive cricket culture.
• Competence in managing facilities, equipment, transport, officials and match-day logistics.

Responsibilities

• Pre-season coordination - recruit coaches, organise venues, prepare training schedules, manage equipment, and plan events.
• In-season operations - ensure training coverage, support coaches, manage attendance and budgets, organise matches.
• Program leadership - maintain communication with coaches, students and ground staff; ensure compliance with regulations.
• Professional development - deliver PD sessions each season and encourage ongoing in-service training.
• End-of-season review - coordinate awards, photograph teams, complete season reports and APS reviews.
• Year-round engagement - promote student participation in external competitions and lead off-season planning.
