Job summary

Guzman y Gomez is seeking Crew members to join our Sydney team. You will take orders, expertly craft burritos, restock fridges and handle basic food prep, showing versatility as a team player while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Most shifts require closing until 11:30 pm. The role offers fair pay in line with the Fast-Food Industry Award, flexible rosters, free uniforms, discounted meals, thorough training, team-building activities, and opportunities for leadership progression.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-food or customer-facing roles is helpful.
