Guzman y Gomez is hiring a Crew member to join our fast-paced team. You will take orders, prepare burritos, restock fridges, and help with basic food prep while delivering a high level of customer service.

Flexible rosters, training, and a range of staff benefits are provided. You can progress to leadership roles; exciting opportunities to join our Hola Central team or franchise paths may be available.

Formación

• No formal qualifications stated; varies by role.
• Experience in fast-food acceptable but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Take orders from guests and process payments.
• Craft burritos and other menu items.
• Restock fridges and maintain cleanliness.
• Assist with basic food preparation and cooking as needed.
• Work as part of a team to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Be available for closing shifts up to 11:30 pm.
