A rewarding opportunity has presented itself for a dedicated and driven individual to join our Open space and Buildings operations Unit as a Crew Leader.
In this role you work as part of a team that focusses on maintaining and improving Council's parks, sportsfields, and ovals.
This opportunity will be offered on a permanent full-time basis.
The salary range for this opportunity starts at $80,351 (Grade E, Step 1) + AWACA + 12% super. Salary may be negotiable dependent on skills and experience
This position is part of Council’s Four-Day Work Week Pilot, offering the opportunity to work a 36-hour week over four days with no reduction in salary.
Working hours will be scheduled between 6:00am and 4:00pm, Monday to Sunday, subject to operational requirements. The pilot temporarily replaces the standard 38-hour, five-day work week and SDO arrangement for the duration of the pilot.
Participation is subject to Council’s pilot terms and conditions and ongoing review, and the pilot may be amended or discontinued at Council’s discretion.
