Job summary

Guzman y Gomez is hiring crew members in Hobart to deliver friendly service and authentic flavors. You will take orders, craft burritos, restock fridges, and perform basic food prep, ensuring guest satisfaction and teamwork in a fast-paced setting.

No prior experience required—comprehensive training is provided. Flexible hours include full-time, part-time and casual roles, with support for development and potential leadership opportunities within the brand.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and procedures accurately.
• Basic maths skills for handling cash and card transactions.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, and move for extended periods.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Willingness to learn and master multiple roles within the restaurant.
• Passion for food and interest in our cuisine is a plus.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices (training will be provided).
• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to company policies.
• Positive attitude and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities
