Job summary

Guzman y Gomez (GYG) is hiring Crew in Australia to join a fast-paced team delivering authentic flavors and exceptional guest experiences. You will take orders, assemble burritos, restock fridges, and handle basic food prep with teammates.

We value flexibility, provide uniforms, meal discounts, comprehensive training, and opportunities to advance into leadership roles. Shifts can extend past 11pm, so suitability for late hours is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment is a plus.
• Willingness to work past 11pm.
• Be ready to learn basic food prep and take direction from supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Take orders from guests and ensure accuracy.
• Craft burritos and other menu items.
• Restock fridges and maintain clean, organized workstations.
• Master basic food prep and assist teammates as needed.

We are specifically looking for crew who are able to work past 11pm therefore this role isn't suitable for those under 16 years.
