Job summary

Guzman y Gomez is seekingCrew Members to join our Sydney team for casual lunch-time shifts. You will be at the front line, taking orders, assembling burritos, restocking and performing basic food prep as part of a versatile team.

This role offers flexible rosters, supported training, and opportunities to develop leadership skills within a fast-paced Mexican fast-cood environment. Competitive pay aligns with industry standards and staff perks are included.

Qualifications

• No formal degree required; willingness to learn on the job.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain high cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take orders at the counter.
• Prepare and pack burritos and other menu items.
• Restock fridges and assist with basic food prep as needed.
