Job summary

Guzman y Gomez is looking for a friendly and energetic Crew member to join our team in New South Wales. You’ll take orders, craft burritos, restock fridges, and help with basic food prep while contributing to a positive guest experience.

As part of a dynamic team, you’ll participate in training and development opportunities, enjoy flexible rosters, staff discounts on meals, uniforms, and opportunities to progress into leadership roles within the company culture.

Responsibilities

• Take orders from guests and ensure accuracy
• Craft burritos and other menu items to standard
• Restock fridges and prep stations as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
• Work as part of a team to deliver an exceptional guest experience
