Job summary

Guzman y Gomez in Victoria is seeking a Crew member to join our frontline team. You’ll take orders, craft burritos, restock fridges and handle basic food prep, contributing to an exceptional guest experience.

We offer flexible rosters, comprehensive training, and opportunities to progress to a Shift Leader. A late-night shift is required and you’ll wear GYG uniforms, enjoy heavily discounted meals and team activities.

Qualifications

• No formal minimum qualifications required; on-the-job training provided.
• Willingness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Take orders from guests and ensure accuracy.
• Expertly craft burritos and other menu items.
• Restock fridges and assist with basic food preparation.
