Job summary

Guzman y Gomez is seeking a Crew member to join our team on the Central Coast, NSW. You will be front and center in delivering an exceptional guest experience, taking orders, crafting burritos, restocking fridges and handling basic food prep.

As part of the crew, you’ll participate in a supportive training environment with opportunities for advancement and a chance to grow into leadership roles, including potential franchise or corporate office pathways in the future.

Responsibilities

Take orders from customers and provide friendly service.
Craft burritos and other menu items with accuracy.
Restock fridges and maintain clean workstation.
Perform basic food preparation and plating.
